Oil Soars at $120
Gas and oil prices pushed further into record high, with retail gas reaching an average of $3.51 for the first time and crude nearing $120 as the dollar fell to a new low against the euro.

Prices for diesel — used to transport most food, industrial and commercial goods — also rose overnight to a new record of $4.204 a gallon.

Time Warner to test Internet billing based on usage
The second largest U.S. cable operator said it will test consumption-based billing with subscribers in Beaumont, Texas later this year as a part of a strategy to help reduce congestion of its network by a minority of consumers who pay the same monthly fee as light users more.
Let’s hope this doesn’t go national with netflix almost daily and w/ video games.
